Using "Screen Mirroring" or "Cast" from a Mobile Device to a Smart TV
Important Note: The casting methods below are not officially supported, but they may work for playing videos on a larger screen. We are unable to troubleshoot connectivity issues between your device and TV—please use them at your own discretion.
Known Issues:
- Apple AirPlay – Has been reported to cause freezing and playback issues.
- Smart TV Web Browsers – Our service is not optimized for them.

Unsupported Devices: Roku, Fire Stick, Apple TV, and other streaming sticks are not supported on this website.
Video playback isn't working – black screen
This often happens when the live stream venue has internet issues or has not yet started the live stream. Try refreshing the page after a few minutes.
Troubleshooting Steps

Smart TVs’ built-in web browsers are not supported.
For best results, cast from a mobile device or use an HDMI cable to connect a computer to your TV.

Check your internet speed. We recommend at least 10 Mbps for smooth playback.

Supported Devices:
- Mobile: iPad, iPhone, Android (released within the last 4-5 years).
- Desktop/Laptop: Windows PC, MacBook, Mac Desktop.
Older devices may still work but are not guaranteed to provide a smooth experience.

Use a supported browser:
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
- Windows - Microsoft Edge
- Mac/iOS - Safari
- Disable ad-blockers or extensions that might interfere with playback.
- Perform a hard refresh:
Windows: Ctrl + F5 | Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
- Close all browser windows, relaunch, and try again.

- If issues persist, it may be a problem at the live stream venue—try again later.
Slow or buffering video
Streaming issues can result from slow Wi-Fi, network congestion, or interference.
Recommended Fixes:
- Move your router to a central location in your home.
- Place the router on an elevated surface (e.g., a desk or bookshelf).
- Reduce clutter around the router to improve the signal.
